How Long Will it Take?
We aim to dispatch your parcel within 3 working days. All items will be dispatched as soon as possible and will be delivered within 1 week for UK customers or 10-12 days for international. Once dispatched we will email you a dispatch notification.
Please get in touch if you require a parcel to arrive by a certain date.
UK items will be sent via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class, Recorded Delivery (Signed for), Special Delivery, Hermes or UPS with the relevant level of insurance and proof of purchase. We will email you when the item has been dispatched.
Shipping to Non UK countries will be sent via Royal Mail Airmail.
Due to varied delivery times to different countries we are unable to give a delivery estimate.
Please note that shipment to non UK countries may be subject to import duties and tax. Additional charges must be paid by the customer. Tula Moon has no control over these charges and bears no responsibility.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns can be made within 14 days of delivery.
If you wish to make a return you must inform us in writing by email within 14 days of delivery. When making a return you must send the item using recorded delivery and with appropriate insurance as we can not be held responsible for items missing or damaged.
You will be given the option of an exchange or we will refund your payment minus postage. We aim to reimburse you within 7 working days. Refunds will only be issued if item is returned in unused/same condition it was delivered in. Refunds can only be made to your original payment method (Paypal or credit/debit card).
We do not refund postage costs unless the item is faulty.
Due to monitor settings colours may vary slightly from the colours you see on screen. Handmade items such as textiles may have small variations in colour or pattern which we cannot be held responsible for. However if large variations occur we will advise before shipment.
Breakages and damaged items
If any item arrives damaged please contact us immediately and keep the item and packaging used. A representative from our carriers may contact you as part of the claim process or we may need the damaged item to be returned to us. A replacement will be dispatched after we have either received the damaged item or after advice from our carriers. Please wait for our instructions before returning the item to us.
For faulty items (not breakages) please return the goods to us within 7 days with receipt. We will offer a replacement or refund the cost of the item.
If your item does not arrive within 7 days of dispatch for UK and 15 days for rest of the world, please contact us in case delivery has been delayed.
Items returned to us by the postal service marked as not called for or unclaimed by the receiver will require additional postage costs to be paid before we can resend.
We cannot be held responsible if a parcel has gone missing due to the postal address being filled in incorrectly or missing important information. However, if we notice the address is incomplete, we will contact you before dispatch.
Risk of loss passes to you once the item has been passed to the carrier (Royal Mail, Hermes or UPS).

We ship worldwide. All payments are processed in £ (pounds sterling) and will be converted to your own currency by your card company or PayPal after you have made the payment through our website. You can use the website www.xe.com to get an estimated price. Please bear in mind that your card provider may work to a different exchange rate.
Customers outside Europe may be charged a customs fee. Additional charges must be paid by the customer. Tula Moon has no control over these charges and bears no responsibility.
